We are all looking to something or someone for our help! And while I run multiple blogs and websites geared to help people want to dig deeper into God, write materials and books that could be labeled self-help, have a clinical therapy practice, and minister in the church, what if I told you these places aren't where our true help comes from? What if I
told you that these places, people, and writings can only bring momentary relief? That if you don't allow our true source of hope to be your first and last resort then you will find yourself always grasping for the next big thing, the next prophetic word, the next best selling book, the next turnt up church service.
whatever source you are known to immediately tap into to feel better! Let Him protect, guide, comfort and help you through your today! He's more than capable!
I leave you with Psalm 121:
I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore.
-Psalms 121:1-8 NKJV
All of your help comes from the Lord!
